💡 Vocabulary： 

       1. Millennial：(noun)  2000年左右出生的人，千禧世代

a person who was born around the time of the millennium, that is around the year 2000

👉🏻Millennials have grown up with the internet and can't imagine a world without it.

2. Hindsight：(noun)  後見之明，事後孔明

the ability to understand an event or situation only after it has happened

👉🏻In hindsight, it would have been better to wait.

3.Tenement：(noun)（常指城市貧民區的）公寓大樓

a large building divided into apartments, especially in the poorer areas of a city

👉🏻I still officially resided in four tiny rooms on the first floor of a West Village tenement.

 4.Schizophrenia：(noun) 精神分裂症

a serious mental illness in which someone cannot understand what is real and what is imaginary

👉🏻He was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.

 5.Magnify：(verb) 放大，擴大

to make something look larger than it is, especially by looking at it through a lens  

👉🏻Although our skin looks smooth, when magnified it is full of bumps and holes.

 6. grudge：(noun) 怨恨，嫌隙，積怨

a strong feeling of anger and dislike for a person who you feel has treated you badly, especially one that lasts for a long time

👉🏻I don't bear any grudge against you.

#4 MY THOUGHT ON THE TALK: INSIDE THE MIND OF A MASTER PROCRASTINATOR

I think I’m a serious procrastinator. I often feel that I have a lot of time, so I postpone what I should do. Every time I have to wait until my panic monster comes out before driving me to do what I should do. Whenever I feel that I have to do a complicated thing and feel pressured, I choose to avoid and delay it, such as homework and reports. Why I build the habit of procrastination? Sometimes it's because of laziness, sometimes because I want to do things well. For whatever reason, I cannot use this as an excuse for procrastination. In fact, there are many ways to deal with procrastination, and these are the strategies I use. First, list the to-do items. Let me know what I have to do, and then divide the goals into smaller goals to make myself feel that things are not that difficult. Second, Minimize distractions.
